24th August 2015 - Grand Opening of Central Kitchen

Our central kitchen was officially opened on 24 August 2015. Located at Taman Mastiara, Kuala Lumpur, our 1,600 sq ft central kitchen comes complete with heavy-duty stoves, chillers, freezers, and a dedicated area for food preparation and packaging. Through our central kitchen, we are able to ensure that consistency of taste and quality is strictly maintained across all our outlets and food trucks.

Every dish that is served on our menu has undergone intensive research and taste testing at our central kitchen. Our central kitchen not only creates new dishes, but also focuses on enhancing and improving them. We constantly look at redefining recipes for our dishes, and do not make any compromises to maintain the quality of our food.

Our Penang-born Head Chef of Indian-Muslim descent has vast experience and knowledge in preparing well-loved northern cuisines. Well-travelled across the country, he brings with him his knowledge and understanding of herbs and spices, concocting different combinations to enhance the food’s natural flavours.

Currently, our central kitchen is able to produce meals for over 1,000 pax per day. However, the kitchen is able to produce meals around the clock to cater to increased demand.
